Security check of all windows and doors, appliances, and utilities.

Flush all toilets so a ring doesn’t build up.

When home is unoccupied the thermostat is turned back so the heater/air conditioner does not turn on as frequently. Water heater and hot tub are also turned down to conserve energy.

Change air filters and add salt to the water softener semiannually.
Hot Tub Service:

Chemicals, water levels, pump, and filtration system checked year round.

Chemical balance twice a month when hot tub is not in use; every two to five days when in use.

Completely replace water 4 times a year. After the 4th time 50.00 will be billed for each time.

Water replacement could be more often depending on use. Home owner buys chemicals and replacement filters.

Skilled Labor:

Assist in finding skilled laborers and meet them at the home for entry and/or supervision of grounds maintenance, snow removal, plumbing, painting and any other skilled labor.

General maintenance that I can do will be billed out at $40.00 an hour. General maintenance would be broken drawer, door knobs or any other small fix.
Meet and Greet Renters: IF APPLICABLE

Meet all guests at the home or let them know how to enter the home.

In the event the guests arrive when I am not available, I will meet them later that day to provide home orientation including walk through, TV and appliance operation, and house rules.

24 hour on-call service for any emergency or problems guests might have.
Housekeeping

Services are invoiced directly to the home owner once a month.

Average cost is 60.00 for 1 bedroom condo to 200.00 for five bedroom home.

Daily or midweek cleans are also available.
Any expenses paid by Eagle Eye will be invoiced on a semiannual basis. The total annual price is $1000.00 to $5000.00 depending on square foot and services. Please let me know if you have any concerns or would like to request other services that I can provide for you.
